SpineNEXTGEN Chronicle: Elevating Cadre, Departmental Enhancements, Leave Types Evolution, and Leave Credits Advancements

We are excited to introduce the enhanced features of our latest software, SpineNEXTGEN ERP, by comparing them with our previous system, SpineBMS. This comparison will showcase the significant improvements and advancements in our new software, making your experience more efficient and user-friendly. Stay tuned to discover the positive changes that SpineNEXTGEN brings to your organization's operations.
SpineBMS:
Cadre: Previously, in the SpineBMS system, the process of adding a new cadre was cumbersome, as it necessitated users to access a specialized program dedicated solely to this task. This extra step added complexity to the workflow and increased the time and effort required to manage employee cadres effectively.
Department: SpineBMS was less efficient due to the absence of a group feature for department management.
Leave Type: In SpineBMS, manual entry of leave types for employees led to inefficiencies.
Leave Credit: In SpineBMS, users had to manually credit leave by checking employee designation, post, and other details, which was a time-consuming process.
SpineNEXTGEN:
Cadre: Now, there's no need to access a special program to bind cadres with employees. You can add cadres while adding a new employee.
Department: Now, you can bind departments and their salary groups at a single point when adding a department. There's no longer a need to link posts to fetch lower hierarchy departments. The system provides a provision for adding the department when entering employee data.
Leave Type Group: SpineNEXTGEN introduces a holiday group feature that allows you to add a list of holidays and bind them to employees with a single click.
Leave Credit: SpineNEXTGEN simplifies leave crediting for users. When crediting leaves to employee accounts, employees will be filtered based on the selected leave type, bound holidays, and leave groups.
